Raidio is an always-on AI radio app for iPhone and iPad. It streams from Raidio Cloud.
Data collection
Raidio uses WorkOS for account authentication. WorkOS processes the email address or Apple account information needed to sign in. Raidio does not use advertising identifiers, include analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, or track users across apps or websites. It processes operational records needed to provide playback, purchases and account services.
Data sent to Raidio Cloud
Raidio sends Raidio Cloud the information it needs to run the service:
- The prompts you write to create custom stations.
- Artwork you choose to upload. You pick it with the system photo picker or Files, and Raidio does not get full access to your photo library.
- Account, registered-device and installation identifiers used to authenticate requests, authorize playback and record app presence. Signed-in apps check in about every 30 seconds while active; presence expires server-side and the app requests removal when backgrounded or signed out.
- App Store purchase transactions, sent as signed receipts, which Raidio uses to grant entitlements and credits.
- Playback receipt and service-accounting records, including stream or session identifiers, sequence information and rendered audio-frame counts, used to reconcile listening and credits.
- Your explicit declaration that you are 18 or older, and the expiring signed acknowledgement returned by Raidio Cloud, bound to the current account session or installation, when requesting protected services.
Music and artwork providers
Raidio sends station prompts and music-conditioning settings to Google to generate music. Artwork-generation requests send the scene description and, when provided, image references to Google. Generated images are also sent for effect-region analysis. Still-image and scene-package imports are normalized and published by Raidio Cloud without sending those uploads to Google.
Google processes these requests under its applicable service terms and privacy policy. Provider processing and retention are separate from Raidio's own storage.
Data stored on the device
Raidio stores sign-in credentials in the device Keychain, and stores the selected visual theme, per-station controls and current adult-declaration revision on the device. The declaration records your confirmation that you are 18 or older; it is not identity or age verification.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Raidio. The in-app declaration is a self-declaration; it does not verify your identity or location.
Device permissions
The iPhone and iPad app does not access the microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, health data or local network, and it does not record audio from your microphone.
Account deletion and retained records
You can request Raidio account deletion in Settings. This disables account access, cancels pending work, clears custom-station content and starts artwork-storage cleanup. Storage cleanup and Apple identity-grant revocation may finish asynchronously. Raidio retains account tombstones and purchase, credit and service-accounting records; deletion does not immediately erase every operational record. A WorkOS identity shared with other apps is not deleted by Raidio account deletion.
